Exchange / return policy
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged, we can offer you a replacement. Damage must be claimed within 3 business days of confirmed delivery. Please email me at creation.trebiana@gmail.com with pictures of the damage.
If, for any reason, the swimsuit is too small or too big, you can send it back to me and I will be happy to adjust it at no extra cost.

We do not accept returns for any other reason for reasons of health and hygiene.

* The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, the items must be returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
* All returned items must have tags in place.
* Due to health regulations, contaminated, worn, damaged or bleached suits will not be accepted.
* Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
* We will process your return within 1-5 business days once received.

Damage
All orders must be new, unworn, unwashed and returned within 20 business days of claim by email. If we find that the returned items do not apply to this section, I will not be able to exchange or modify it.

Items not covered by our damage guarantee
- General wear: last 3 working days from the confirmed delivery date
- Discoloration of tissues and equipment due to continuous exposure to salt water and / or chlorine.

How long does it take to make my swimsuit?
7-14 working days for production time and often times less. If you want to receive the jersey faster, send me an email explaining the situation. If the production is longer than expected, we will contact you immediately :)

Data protection
For the purposes of its activity, Création Trebiana must necessarily collect data from its users.
The information collected is those deliberately filled by the user (account creation, newsletter, contest, etc.).
The use of the collected data is strictly professional. In addition, Trebiana will not resell or assign the collected data to any third party except the relevant public authorities if necessary.
